Thanks for the heads up. Yeah, I am a mechanical engineer and live in UT. I don’t understand why people here are so dishonest, they always try to pull a scam on me, always. Then I explain to them why I would not fall into their bs and what fools they are making of themselves, but then, I don’t feel ok having them do any work on my car.

As of lately, I pretty much do all the basic maintenance, including breaks. Oh well.

Thanks for the post, people need to be aware.

I disagree that a car needs to have the plugs changed every year. most car and trucks today have platnum or iridium type plugs and are very resistant to wear. most if not all plugs of this type can easaly go 60,000 miles or 5 years as well most cars do not have distutor caps and rotors any more. cleaning the carbon out of an engine is a very big part of keeping an engine running well. this would do better for your engine then yearly plug changing.
